Ravi Industries established in the year 1996, is an India based organization engaged in manufacturing process equipment’s and energy saving equipment’s. Mr. R. M. Pathak an Industrial Engineer (Gold Medallist) from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai started the company.

Ravi Industries has three state of an art manufacturing units with 80,000 Sq. Ft. area which are in close vicinity of industrial area of Pune and catering its services to all major OEM’s and MNC’s all around the globe.

Ravi Industries have won a reputation of impeccable quality and total responsibility in the design and manufacture of these process equipment’s. Ravi Industries has been accredited with ‘U’, ‘Ü2’’ ‘R’ & “NB” stamp by ASME / NBIC for the manufacture of pressure vessels. Ravi Industries is also recognized as manufacturer of pressure equipment’s as per PED 97/23/EC / AD 2000 – Merk-blatt PD 5500 & as per requirements of PED.

Ravi Industries have core competencies in designing, manufacturing and testing the Deaerators as per ASME section VIII Division I and IBR for deaeration capacity from 1 m3/hr. to 300 m3/hr. We are a manufacturing Thermal Deaerators used in boiler upto 450 TPH Capacity. Guaranteed oxygen removal up to 0.007 PPM, Simple & Safe construction and Vibrations free performance are the key parameters of our Deaerators. This equipment also has accessories like level switches, pressure relief valve, vacuum breaker, level gauges, vent valves, etc. and we also supply total control instrumentation package on customer requirements. Ravi Industrieshas over 400 installations globally of Spray cum Tray type design.

Ravi Industries by employing the latest technologies gained from universal sources and our strategic partners / licensors as well as years of in-house experience has the capability to perform both process design and mechanical engineering in-house utilizing state of the art CAD & CAE software(s) to provide our clients with efficient and technically advanced design for plant or equipment which are fully guaranteed for performance and quality.

Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Columns are designed by our competent Design Engineers using latest software like PV-Elite, HTRI, Pro-E and AutoCAD These equipment’s are designed as per international codes like ASME, PD 5500, AD 2000 Merk-blatt, IS, EN 13445, PED/97/23/EC, TEMA or as per any other international code.

To assure the quality of manufacturing, Ravi Industries have a separate quality assurance & controlling department taking care of each and every requirement as per the code /standards and as per the approved quality plan by our customer.
